Welcome to Hammock House, Giorgio Balli Architect’s signature “Tropical Modern” Design. Balli Group acquired the property recognizing and appreciating the unique challenge of building an estate with a shape and form around hundreds of the most distinctive trees that covered the property which also includes a natural Hammock Reserve in the southeast corner which birthed the name, “Hammock House.”

Hammock House provides a seamless indoor/outdoor connection in which each bedroom, entertainment space, and living space within the property has a connection to the exterior via sliding glass walls. Given the property's lush landscape, this exterior connection was made possible without compromising the security and privacy of the Estate.

Throughout the Residence, Balli Group used warm, natural materials that respond and coexist with South Florida’s tropical climate. Natural limestone flooring was used throughout the main floors with compliments of natural oak woods, exotic granites, marbles and glass. In its entirety, Hammock House spans just over 12,000 square feet and includes 7 en-suite bedrooms, an oversized garage with space for up to 6 vehicles, an interior water feature upon entry, fire elements and a custom elevator. One of the most unique elements of the Estate is the detached guest house located above the garage with its own wrap-around terrace. The space was built-out to fit an office, gym, spa, or in this case, a Studio for Grammy Award-Winning Producer, Timbaland.
